Early College Credit Program & the Start College Now. The Early College Credit Program is specific to 4 year public and private post-secondary institutions when high school students (usually juniors and seniors) earn both high school and college credits. The Start College Now program allows students to take classes at technical colleges who are a part of the Wisconsin Technical College System. These programs have differences which are outlined below.
Please be aware that the application deadlines are set by the state and are strictly adhered to. If you have questions regarding either of these programs please speak with a school counselor.

application deadlines:
February 1st for the summer semester (ECCP ONLY)
March 1st for the fall semester
October 1st for the spring semester
