General Scheduling Information

Important Scheduling Dates:

January 31, 2025: Deadline to drop Semester 2/Term 3 classes. Courses dropped AFTER this date will receive an F for the course.
February 7, 2025: Deadline for ability level changes and AP Macroeconomics only. Courses dropped AFTER this date will receive an F for the course.
April 14, 2025: Deadline to drop Term 4 classes. Courses dropped AFTER this date will receive an F for the course.

January 9: 8th Grade Open House - NGC
January 9-17: Student Course Selection Window (Academic Planner) - Current 8th Graders
February 5-10: Student Course Selection Window (Academic Planner) - Current 9 - 11th Graders
- Review Courses in the Academic Planner in Infinite Campus AND
- Senior Release Applications should ALSO be completed at this time
  - Senior Release Applications are linked in the Junior GO Time Google Classroom
  - Forms should be turned in to the Student Services Office
  - Students should still request a FULL schedule (8 credits) - Senior Release will be added after approval.
August 2025: Fall Schedules in Infinite Campus
September 5, 2025: Deadline to drop Semester 1/Term 1 classes. Courses dropped AFTER this date will receive an F for the course.
September 12, 2025: Deadline for ability level changes and AP classes. Courses dropped AFTER this date will receive an F for the course.
November 7, 2025: Deadline to drop/change Term 2 classes. Courses dropped AFTER this date will receive an F for the course.
