Dual Credit (formerly transcripted credit) - Students who take these courses will receive both high school and MATC course credit. These courses will also apply to several four-year universities as per their regulations. Students must earn a C or higher to earn MATC dual credit.

The College-Level Examination Program or CLEP provides students of any age with the opportunity to demonstrate college-level achievement through a program of exams in undergraduate college courses. With extra independent study, students will have the opportunity to take the test and earn college credit for these courses.
