Condoms are available for free in the gender neutral bathroom on the 4th floor of the Academic Center.
You can also buy condoms in grocery stores, most convenience stores and all pharmacies.
If you need condoms after all stores have closed (or don't feel like facing the cashier), there are condoms vending machine scattered throughout the city that are available 24/7.

You can go to a CeGIDD (Centre Gratuit d’Information, de Dépistage et de Diagnostic) and get tested for free and anonymously (if you ask for it).
Please note that in these centers the doctors may not speak English so think of using a translation app if needed.
There are 11 free clinics in Paris (you can pick up a list of clinics in the Wellness Office) but here are the 3 closets to the Academic center:

Step 1: Make an appointment with a Geoblue-covered English-speaking doctor like you normally would.
Step 2: At the appointment, tell the doctor you have STD symptoms and would like testing done.
Step 3: Take the prescription from your doctor to go to a lab or a Medical Analysis Center to get the testing done.
A Medical Analysis Center (Laboratoire d'Analyses Médicale) is located at 78 Blvd St Germain, 75005 Paris, across the street from NYU Paris.
Step 4: Pay out-of-pocket then file a claim on GeoBlueStudents to get reimbursed.
