On September 27th, DCLT hosted the first virtual forum in the Fall. We invited teachers to share strategies, challenges and joys of this new learning environment. What model has the schools adopted? What is prep like? How are the students doing? How are the teachers doing? 

• Wu Ying teaches Chinese at the Ethical Culture Fieldston school. She excels in project-based learning, and creating meaningful contexts for engaging students in exploring cultures and self.

• Qiu Bing has been teaching Chinese at the Bronx High School of Science since he graduated with his MA in Teaching Chinese from NYU. His interests lie in teaching Chinese through music and technology.
