    • Quizzes are given to assess one or more topics within a unit. Quizzes will be announced several days in advance.

    • Tests will be given at the conclusion of a unit. Tests will always be announced several days before they are given and we will always review prior to the test.

    • Projects may be incorporated throughout the year. General information and requirements will be distributed in advance for each project.

  • Class Work Score The class work category will be used for many miscellaneous items. Some of these items include activities that are completed in-class, group/partner work, graded bell ringers or exit tickets, and a notebook quiz score. The class work score is worth 30% of the quarterly grade.

  • A notebook quiz will be given to check the accuracy and completeness of the notes within the notebook as well as completion and accuracy of Bell Ringer Work.
