What is a transcript?
A transcript is your academic record from high school.
Your NWL transcript includes:
The courses you’ve taken each year in high school, including those currently in progress
Your final grade from each course
The number of credits you earned each semester and cumulatively
The GPA you’ve earned in each semester and cumulatively
Your class rank
Extracurricular activities you participated in during each year in high school
Places you could request to have your transcript sent to:
Any post-secondary school, college, and/or university
Scholarship organization
Any branch of the military
The NCAA
Yourself
An employer
Keep in mind that your academic transcript starts in 9th grade and follows you through your high school years, it's an official document that gets sent to any of the places mentioned above.
Requesting Transcripts
Current Students- NEW for the class of 2024 & Beyond
All current students will have the ability to view their unofficial transcript using their Sapphire Portal account. Current students will send official copies of their transcripts to colleges using the Google Request Form (link below). ** Please note: If you are applying to a college(s) using The Common Application, you will not need to request a transcript using the Google form below as it will be processed through the Common Application.

To view your unofficial transcript:
Log into your Sapphire Community Portal account: https://nwlsd-sapphire.k12system.com/CommunityWebPortal/Welcome.cfm
If you don't have an account you will need to contact your school counselor to get information on setting up an account.
Click on Reports (left-hand side of the screen) > Transcript > Student Transcript - Unofficial (center of the screen) to view your transcript
To send an official transcript to a colleges
Use the Google Form Linked below to submit a request for your transcript. Make sure to select the college and put in the email or mailing address of where you would like your transcript sent.

Once requested, transcript requests are managed by your school counselor.

Requesting Transcripts as a Former Student/Alum
How to Request Your High School Transcript (Alumni):
Enter your first and last name*, gender, date of birth and current grade level if applicable. *If you are married and changed your name please use your maiden name. Without your last name at the time of graduation and the proper graduation year we will NOT be able to complete your request.
Check box to agree to terms of use and service agreement.
Click Continue and add Northwestern Lehigh High School (New Tripoli, Pa) to your Parchment account.
Click the Green Order Transcript button to send a transcript.
A processing fee will be charged for each transcript request.
Please note: If your colleges or other destinations are not part of the Parchment network, they may have to be sent through the US Postal Service via Parchment. This may cause a longer delivery time, please make sure to request transcripts well in advance.
