Visiting College Campuses
Plan a college visit!
If you are a junior or senior and are thinking about your future, there is no time like the present to begin visiting college campuses. Any campus visit will give you a "starting place" and help you figure out what factors are important to you and your family when selecting a college. Remember to visit a school when it is in session and has students on campus.
Many colleges offer "open house" opportunities in the fall and spring. These tend to introduce large numbers of people to the campus in a quick overview. These might be a good way to have a "first exposure" to a school, but scheduling a second small group tour at a later date/time is highly recommended and will allow for more personalized attention and information.
