- Summer School Registration Deadline - Thursday, 6/12/25 @ 12 PM
- Mandatory ZOOM Orientation - Friday, 6/13/25 @ 11:00 am (parents/students will receive a ZOOM link before the meeting)
- Summer School Start Date - Monday, 6/16/25
- Summer School End Date - Monday, 7/14/25

2025 Summer School - eBridge Academy

Please follow your District schedule for registration dates so your student will start on time.

1. An orientation meeting will be held via ZOOM. You will be emailed a meeting link along with your student’s log-in information.

2. The cost of each summer course is $128.00. All payments must be in the form of a credit/debit card –

choose the PayPal option during checkout. A PayPal account is not needed – we use this for secure payments. Check payments can also be accepted, but payments must be received before we can complete registration for your student. Please make all checks payable to: Behavioral Health Associates

*** There is a $35.00 fee for any returned checks – course final grades will be held if not paid

How to Register:

Using Google Chrome as your browser, go to www.ebridgeacademy.com. Click on Summer School / Credit Recovery at the top of the page.

Choose the grade level that is needed. ( High School - Middle School )

Find the course that is required - click on the name of the course - click SUMMER SCHOOL - click add to cart

** You will be offered the opportunity to continue shopping or view your cart. You will see an item added to your cart in the upper right. When all courses have been added, you can click on the shopping bag at the top right to check out.

*** Please create a separate order for each student needing registration.

Click on Check Out.

The cart will come up showing you the items included. *** Please add the student’s name, school email address, and School District name in the “Order Special Instructions” box on this screen.

At the top of the screen, you can choose one of the express checkout options ( Paypal or Venmo – if you have one of these accounts ) OR follow the instructions below.

STEP 1 - Fill in the Contact email or phone number at the top. If you have previously purchased courses, your delivery information may come up. If not, the Student information should be completed in the Delivery section.

STEP 2 – There are no options for Shipping method – the course login will be sent to you via email after registration is processed.

STEP 3 - You are given 2 payment options.

Paypal ( you DO NOT need a PayPal account ), this is used for credit card or debit card purchases.

Cash on Delivery – for check payments. Please note that registrations with this payment option will be processed when the check payment is received.

When the next screen comes up, you will be able to pay with a PayPal account or pay with a debit or credit card.

You should then be prompted to enter your billing information.

STEP 4 - Confirm your order. The purchaser will be entering their information for payment on the next screen.

We use PayPal for secure payments.

The purchaser will be sent a receipt via email. For registrations placed prior to the district summer start date,

these will be processed prior to the start date. After the start date, registrations are generally processed within 2

school days of receipt ( our office is open Monday–Friday through the summer ).
