AMERICAN COLLEGE TEST (ACT)
The ACT is a national college admissions exam that consists of subject area tests in English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science. ACT results are accepted by most four-year colleges and universities in the U.S.

Late Registration Fee = $38.00
The registration fee includes the test, a score report for you, and score reports for up to four colleges (if college codes are provided at registration). Additional score reports are available at a cost of $18.50 each.
How long is the test?
2 hours + 55 minutes
Optional essay - 40 minutes
What's on the test?
English (75 questions in 45 minutes)
Math (60 questions in 60 minutes)
Reading (40 questions in 35 minutes)
Science (40 questions in 35 minutes)
Optional Writing Test (1 prompt in 40 minutes)
How is it scored?
1-36 for each section, averaged together for a composite score ranging from 1-36
The composite score is the average of your four test scores, rounded to the nearest whole number. Fractions less than one-half are rounded down; fractions one-half or more are rounded up.
Your scores are based only on the number of questions answered correctly; there is no penalty for guessing. Try to answer every question. Keep in mind the optional writing test will not affect your composite score.
