This assignment was a bit harder than I thought it would be. It was easy to capture motion but I struggled to also take a good image. I had to learn how to manipulate the camera settings to adjust to environments with varying lighting. Overall, I enjoyed this assignment because it taught me a lot about the controls on a camera.
This image shows emphasis on the hoop and person jumping. The photo uses a strong focal point and shadows to accurately stop the motion of the jump.
This photo has a nice balance and variety between the leaves and the other elements of the photo. Additionally, the leaves add a sense of dimension to the picture making it more interesting.
This picture is very interesting because of the use of shadows to add variety. There is a strong emphasis on the person in the photo and the motion of the jump is perfectly stopped.
