This is an example of a workout plan
Design thinking has taught me ways to go about doing my project. It has been a nice way to see the steps that people use to go about designing and researching a topic. The biggest take away I have learned is to take a step back, look at a topic from a different angle and then go about it.
My current project idea is making a workout plan for beginners the gym. Its a rough idea, but design thinking has helped me see it a little bit more clear. My How might we statement is "How might we design a workout plan for beginners in the gym by researching and developing how to maximize time and productivity. I will use this to help me stay on track with my research and remember why and for who I am doing this.
I am going to be able to use my How might we statement to shape my project. The empathy will help me focus on the "why". It makes me feel that beginners, like I once was, need some extra help learning. It would be very easy to have a real guide and have everything in the same place. The for will constantly remind me who my audience is and can help me in my research. The ideate part is huge because I will need to also brainstorm, test and create plans that may or may not work so it is good that I know what steps I have to take before I even start.
