Goal #1
I want to add in the basics of nutrition on carbs. I will show this in an Instagram post and take notes in my google doc. My evidence will be screen shotted posts in my blog post.
Goal#2
One goal is to take people through a realistic day of what I eat/ do. I would do this on my Instagram story and could show people what I eat and what workout I do that day. I think it would be cool to show people so they have an idea of something they could do if they wanted to get started.
Goal #3
I want to add in the basics of Nutrition about caffeine. I will add this in an Instagram post and will be researching and taking notes on my google doc. My evidence will be a screenshot of the post once it is up.
Goal #4
One goal I want to accomplish is gaining more followers on my Instagram. The evidence will be the total number of followers I have on my Instagram at the end of the two weeks. I will use hashtags, tagging people, and shares to gain these followers and I will continue to add posts and gain attractions.
Goal #1- During the first two weeks I did a "basics of nutrition post". I found that people enjoyed seeing basic facts that they could use in their everyday life. I enjoyed researching and providing basic facts to teach people so I decided to do it for Carbohydrates. I find these as great ways to make my Instagram more interactive and continue providing good details for my followers. My evidence for this is the image above that I put on my Instagram.
Goal #2- My second goal was to take people through a what I eat in a day to give people an idea of what its like to eat clean and also show people some physical activity I did that day. I showed this through my Instagram story and updated people throughput the day. I also showed people I had Lacrosse practice and went to the gym.
Goal #3- During the first two weeks I did a "basics of nutrition post". I found that people enjoyed seeing basic facts that they could use in their everyday life. I enjoyed researching and providing basic facts to teach people so I decided to do it for Caffeine. I find these as great ways to make my Instagram more interactive and continue providing good details for my followers. My evidence for this is the image above that I put on my Instagram.
Goal #4- My final goal was to gain more followers/ interactions on my Instagram. Over this 2 week period I gained 15 followers. I did this buy doing a few things. First, I made my Instagram public so everyone can see. Second, I followed influencers that are in the fitness and nutrition space which helped me structure my explore page and helps share my feed to others who are related. Lastly, I followed hashtags that also help drive engagement to my page.
I felt a lot more comfortable during this two week plan. I think the goals I set were very attainable and still allowed me to do a solid amount of research and continue to expand my project. My goals last time were a lot of work and I think this week was a lot more manageable and left me with less stress. I think my biggest achievement was showing what I eat in a day. I had never done anything like that before and I had a lot of fun doing it would do it again. I can continue to develop good ideas and make engaging content to put out while still providing learning opportunities for the people following me who are using it to expand their knowledge of the fitness/ nutrition world.
