I want to research recovery and give people a list of a few. Massage, heat, ice, sauna. Evidence will be a post and research.
Goal #2
I want to show a difference In season and out-of-season training as an athlete. I will show this in a post with pictures
Goal #3
I want to research vitamins and the basic vitamins people should be taking daily. The benefits and how it could help you individually. My evidence will be a post with pictures and descriptions.
Goal #4
I want to show people the workout plan I have been working on with garage strength and how I picked the correct one for me. I will have my evidence in pictures and on the write-up
My biggest accomplishment of this 2-week plan was the level of research that went into each of my posts. During this period I found many youtube videos of athletes who share their recovery process with viewers like me. This helped me pick the three forms of recovery I wanted to dive deeper into and make a post about. I also have done a lot of research and youtube watching of Garage Strength which is where I got my info for my goal #2 post. I used real images from that website and even provided a template for my target audience who may not know where to start on their gym journey. One thing I could improve on is utilizing my class time. In class, I usually do my research and watch youtube videos of lifting related research. Sometimes I am distracted and I tell myself I have plenty of time but somehow always end up doing the majority of my actual post making a few nights before. I think spreading it out and going one goal at a time rather than all the research and then all the posts. This is something that will help me improve upon my 2-week plan for next week.
