Background / overview of Friends' national efforts:
QIBS, Decolonizing Quakers, Friends for Right Relationship with Native Peoples, and Toward Right Relationship with Native Peoples (TRR) all closely collaborate on trying to understand the history of the relationships between Friends and Indigenous folks (including the history and present of Indigenous Friends). Many Friends work in multiple of these groups: Paula Palmer (paularpalmer@gmail.com), Andrew Grant (andrew.palmer.grant@gmail.com), tom kunesh (Lakota descendant), and Gail Melix (Herring Pond Wampanoag) are some of the folks who have been doing this work among Friends for many years.
QIBS is extremely research-oriented, with dozens of volunteers digging into archives and such.
Decolonizing Quakers (https://www.decolonizingquakers.org) is focused on present-day advocacy for justice with respect to Indigenous folks among Friends.
Friends for Right Relationship with Native Peoples is, I believe, just an email list at this point (FriendsRR@googlegroups.com) where Friends share resources and discuss current events. Email me at trr.support@friendspeaceteams.org if you want to be added.
Toward Right Relationship with Native Peoples (https://friendspeaceteams.org/trr) -- the org I work for -- puts on educational events, sponsors QIBS, and keeps track of most of the research and current events related to Friends & Natives. Email me at trr.support@friendspeaceteams.org if you want to be added to the monthly email newsletter.

There are many local efforts as well, being done by monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings. Google or check out the various resources to get more connected to those.
