The Future of the Mohawk

ANNOUNCEMENT (11/14/24 @ 10:00 AM):

I previously announced that the Mohawk would not be returning to my head in the coming football seasons. I now can confirm the date that it will be cut off. This coming week will be the Mohawk’s last, so I intend on having fun with styling it this week in some unique ways. See the tribute now on Instagram and below. 

When will it be cut?

Sunday, November 17, 2024 at about 1 PM. 

Why then?

I have a Science Olympiad competition on my birthday, which is the 16th. I will not wake up early enough to cut it off before mass, so I will wear it one final time to the 11:30 mass. 

Can I have a piece of it?

No. That's weird. I might save a few hairs for my records, but just for me. 

Why does it have to go?

I don't have time to maintain it. And, it's just past its prime. Everyone has seen it. It's not special any more. 

Can I watch the haircut? 

No. That's weird. I may decide to record a time lapse video of the hair being cut, but it will not be published anywhere.
