Agenda
1. NPTG By-laws update
By-laws were reviewed. Motion to keep by-laws the same. Stacie Moseley and Laura Slugg first and seconded motion.
2. State conference
· Snack Stand – 2-3 Dec.
Mrs. Roney is having students running snack stand
Need a few adults to supervise
Amanda will know more tomorrow
Adults need clearances
3. Fundraising (to pay for banquet, state conference attendance, student meals, senior gifts, student financial assistance, etc)
· Trivia Night & Raffle Baskets (Saturday, 4 Feb. @ Grace Lutheran, Hatfield)
o Venue Organizers: Kate Leary, Rachel Notte, Connie Gallagher
Can not give prizes since part of Co-ordinating Council
8 people per team
Possibly give extra basket raffle tickets to winning team; around 22-25 baskets last year; try to have 15 baskets
Doors open at 6:00PM and Trivia starts at 7:00PM
If it snows, will switch to virtual
Flyer needs to be created; Rachel Notte said that it can be made
BYOB and food permitted
Missy will work with group to develop the questions
There is a sound system and microphone there if needed
Reach out to alumni/alumni parents to attend or to donate for baskets
Reach out to middle school parents
21 and over event
May need a few volunteers for scoring, set up, clean up
General trivia questions
Payment options – Venmo, check or cash prior to event
o Basket Organizers: Julie Kwon, Stacie Moseley
Going to send out a sign-up genius
16 different themed baskets (would like 3 families to donate to one basket; set a suggested donation value)
Random items (about 20)
Send in for Katie Moseley to collect or drop off at Stacie Moseley’s house – target Company meeting on January 9th for drop off
We will need baskets donated
Post on Facebook; extend to others
Amanda will make that there is a cash bag for that night

Shorti 6 inch hoagies
We buy for $3 and sell for $5 (cost of Shorti is between $5 and $6)
Want to sell them at Frozen for candygrams

Connie will bring to meetings
Using Google Form for orders
Can be used country-wide
4. Middle School Outreach
· Raise Right fundraising for Middle School theatre programs
Amanda is going to try to set up an account for each director to send to all of their parents
Money will go to the middle school programs (not an individual student fundraiser)
Too much management to include 9th graders as individual accounts
· Middle School workshop (Friday, 13 Jan)
We feed the kids pizza
Thespians do not make much money on this event
5. Broadway Cares (charity fundraiser) – Friday, 10 Feb
