1.     Treasurer’s Report

Michele Boyles reported:

Do fundraising to offset costs – do pizza last day and provide meals (organized by Jenn Czulada) – provide financial support if needed – banquet – senior gifts – provide pizza for middle school workshops and BCEFA

Paying full cost for all seniors to banquet – scheduled for 40 – need flowers for center pieces, senior gifts

Banquet at Normandy Farms - $40 per person – can pay out of Raise Right account

Candy grams $2 go to us

Concessions go to NP Theatre for production costs

Wawa coupons – we bought a second pack – plan to sell at show – do we need to purchase more? going to take a poll – shorti hoagie coupon for $5 and we pay $3 for it (shorti costs more than $5) – Mrs. Roney suggested selling them to students during rehearsals

Trivia Night – need a breakdown of cost of donations – made about $5000

Michele is contact person to request payments made from Raise Right

 

2.     Trivia Night report

Rachel Notte sent a report – venue was great – raffle basket coordination was helpful – offering Venmo was great for payments – some ideas for future: confusing what is allowed under Coordinating Council and Basket Raffle license – if need more room, venue could only hold 17 tables of 8 people – thanked everyone for attending and donating – Mrs. Roney got positive feedback on the event

 

3.     Spring musical

Feed kids for every dress rehearsal and snacks back stage – need 16 days – Manhatten Bagels is donating for first dress rehearsal – gold card show lunch provided by Main Street Diner (uncle of Karis Anderson) – Mrs. Roney said Vinny’s has donated in the past – some stated Pumpernickles may donate

Senior Circle is first Saturday – pizza, cake and show

Contact Jenn if student forgets to bring food on a particular day

Allergies – Mrs. Roney will let Jenn know about allergies

Snacks needed 10 days (1 day has 2 shows)

Mrs. Roney said that NP Theatre could provide paper products

Have to get permission from District to see if can contact NP and Hatfield Chamber of Commerce to have all restaurants promote Frozen

Video recording sent to Disney and they were very impressed – Disney releasing mash up video on March 20th

Press Conference – DE Valley United States of Frozen – representatives from Disney, MTI and EdTA, 15 from each school – March 6th – probably ABC and WHYY

Selling Candy Grams and Concessions upstairs and downstairs

Suggestion made to create “lanes” for scanning tickets – separate by digital and paper ticket lanes

Michele has a contact for a balloon arch? Michele will find out a price

 

4.     End-of-Year Banquet – Sunday, 21 May @ Normandy Farm, Blue Bell

·        Dinner start time? Mrs. Roney said 4-8 is typical – food start at 4:45

·        Additional tables? (senior gifts? Anything else?) 4 extra tables, podium, microphone, video screen

·        Table decorations? Note who the tables are reserved for

Thespians put together a program and they run the show

Need to go a little early to set up venue – is a crew needed

How many can students invite? Discussed 2 guests per student, possibly allowing seniors to bring more, payment due May 7th, need final head count by 5/5, pay for all seniors (thespian and non-thespians), giving seniors blankets with embroidery ($24 last year) whether they come or not to the banquet; Michele will contact them about blankets -
