Discussed Fees

            Thespian Fee - $5 – paid to NP Thespians

            Activity Fee - $50 if in fall play – NPHS Theater

State Conference Fee – only if participating – optional – Dec 1-3 – registration is closed – paid to NP Thespians – Inducted Thespians have a lower cost (there will be an induction fee, but cost is unknown at this time)

Reach out if a student has a financial need

Raise Right – Becky

Gift card program – purchase gift cards and get a percentage back – info will be emailed out with information to sign up

Michelle – pulls report from RaiseRight each month and assigns it to your child’s account – must contact Michelle to make payment

At graduation, money can be transferred, donated or pulled out

Physical card orders once per month

Kids, parents, and family members can also participate – it’s a national program

Fall Play

            Katie Devine is marketing show – social media, posters and t-shirts         

            Fees – t-shirts, link to DVD, script, costumes

Link for tickets in the next few days – ShowTix4U – can input a donation (will post what they will go towards)

Ad campaign as a slide show – not in program – funds NP Theater

            Parents encouraged to push flyers – Katie Mosely will be coordinating social media and getting it out there

            Sign-Up Genius for volunteer jobs and feeding kids

 

Food for Show & State Conference

            Dress Rehearsals and Shows – Intermission snacks

            Food must be dropped off each day because there is no access to a refrigerator – there will be a set time to drop

off

            Tech Day – Nov. 12 – grab and go breakfast and lunch (crock pot in chorus room)

            No water bottles needed – there is a new water bottle station, so need to bring own water bottle

            Nov 19 – Senior Circle – all students invited – gather students and sit in circle and seniors get to talk – senior

parents provide dinner

            Sun show – intermission snack and pizza dinner and cake for cast party

            Conf. – Thursday night dinner just for our group – need parent donations

            Conference fee covers meals on Saturday and Sunday

            Mrs. Roney will give number of students attending conference tomorrow – ballpark 65-75 students

            No parent chaperones needed

NPTG will run snack bar – parent volunteers needed after school on Friday (3PM-9PM) and Saturday (10AM-9PM) benefits NP Theater

Candy Grams benefit Guild

Concessions benefit NP Theater

Trivia Night – Rachel Notte

            Date: Tentative (aiming for 2/4/23)

            Can go as individual or come as a group - $20-25/pp

            Basket Raffle – we need things for baskets – can request from businesses

            3rd annual with a 2 year break due to COVID

            This is our big fundraiser

            No real prizes – more of a social fundraiser – maybe extra raffle tickets

Wawa Coupons – Connie Gallagher

            Coupons for Wawa shorties – offer in addition to candy grams at shows and at NPTG meetings

            Buy for $3 and sell for $4 – we raise $1 – a regular shorti costs over $5.50

            Hoping to start selling at next Guild Meeting

            District needs a fundraising form – for Wawa and Candy Grams and Raise Right -  need to ask Mrs. Roney

Middle School Outreach

            Parent Volunteers to reach out to middle school directors

            Implement Raise Right for the Middle School programs to benefit program not individual students

            Workshop – January 13 – Run by the Thespians

            Thespians discussed sending representatives to the middle schools
