• Rearranging expressions

• Solve linear equations

• Expand and factorise single brackets

• Expand and factorise double brackets (quadratics)

• Solve quadratic equations

Tables, Equations and Graphs (TEG)

• Complete a linear pattern and form an equation

• Substitution

• Fill out a table from linear equations

• Graph linear patterns from an equation or table

• Identify the gradient and y-intercept of a linear pattern

• Graph quadratic equations from an equation or table

Measurement

• Unit conversions

• Calculate perimeter and areas of 2D shapes, including rectangles, triangles, circles and composite shapes

• Find the surface area of 3D objects, including prisms and pyramids

• Find the volume of 3D prisms

Geometry

• Use the Pythagorean Theorem to find missing side lengths of a triangle

• Use the Pythagorean Theorem to solve problems

Statistics

• Calculate the Mean, Median, Mode from a set of data

• Calculate 5 number summaries of given data (minimum, lower quartile, median, upper quartile and maximum)

• Plot data on a Dot Plot

• Plot data on a Box and Whisker graph

• Interpret graphs and make comparative statements
