Criteria:
Applicants must be either an undergraduate, graduate, or high school senior with an acceptance from an accredited University or College.
All students, irrespective of nationality, race, or gender are eligible to be considered for this scholarship. The Scholarship is available to anyone in the world, from any demographic.
Write a 1000+ word essay on: either "Digital Photography Tips" or "Which place would you like to visit for a perfect vacation?". Each essay must reflect the contestant's own research, writing, and original thinking and be written in English with correct spelling and grammar.

The Northern Alberta Development Council (NADC) Bursary is a non-repayable bursary you can receive if you agree to live and work in northern Alberta for one year of full-time employment in return for each year of bursary support received. It is offered to students entering their last 2 years of post-secondary studies or entering a program that is one or 2 years in length.
The goal of this bursary is to assist students to obtain the skills and knowledge to enter or re-enter the workforce in northern Alberta.
Criteria:
Have been a resident of Alberta for 12 consecutive months before the start of your program,
Be enrolled or have applied for a full-time post-secondary program designated for provincial funding,
Be entering your last or second to last year of your post-secondary program in the fall,
Be in a program that is at least 12 weeks in length for a half bursary and 16 weeks in length for a full bursary,
lan to live and work in northern Alberta upon completion of your program and sign a return of service agreement,
Not in an apprenticeship program,
18 years of age or older, and

Application for an Agnes Jacks Scholarship Award may be made by:
ringette players registered with one of Ringette Canada’s provincial/territorial member associations,
NCCP-certified ringette coaches, and
active on-ice ringette-certified officials.
Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a recognized post-secondary education institution for the next academic year. Applicants must meet the admission standards of the educational institution specified, which must be a university, college, or other educational institution located in Canada providing courses at a post-secondary school level.
Applicants must have actively participated in ringette as player, coach, or on-ice official for at least five of the last seven years and must be registered in the current playing season.
Successful applicants will be those who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to the sport of ringette through playing, coaching, officiating, and other volunteer activities.
Cara Brown Ringette Scholarship ~ 2 scholarships at $1000
Application for a Cara Brown Ringette Scholarship may be made by ringette players who:
are registered with one of Ringette Canada’s provincial/territorial member associations and are actively playing ringette at the AA level (or at the highest level offered in the applicant’s community) during the current playing season,
will be entering a Canadian university on a full-time basis for the first time in the next academic year,
have achieved academic excellence (minimum B average or equivalent), and
have demonstrated a strong commitment to the sport of ringette.
Applicants must be planning to attend a university located in Canada and be able to meet the institution’s admission standards.

Description:
The Bayer Crop Science Opportunity Scholarship is available to Canadian students who are enrolled in a bachelor’s or diploma-level programs in a first-year agriculture, food science or culinary program, lasting at least two years. University preparatory programs such as CEGEP pre-university diplomas are not eligible.
Up to twelve (12) successful applicants will each be awarded a scholarship valued at $5,000, based on demonstrated academic standards and leadership in the community. Selection will be made by an independent panel.
Preference will be given to two (2) applicants of Canadian indigenous heritage.
If you have applied for entry into a college or university, but have not yet been accepted, you can still apply for the Opportunity Scholarship. However, if you are awarded a scholarship, you must provide an acceptance letter from your educational institution.
