   My name is Ms. Monroe. I am the Library Media Specialist at the 6th Grade Campus.🙂 I am so happy to help your student find books that they can love. Each month, we explore new topics from library use, research, how to check grades, and important technology skills. 

 All students should have their HAC information written on the first colored page in their planners. If you need assistance with your HAC login, please email me with your name and student's name at monroec@nlrsd.org and I will gladly assist you. 

We had a great turnout for 3rd nine weeks book party! We had 59 participants. Students need to read 10 books by the end of the Third 9 weeks. For each book they read (or 100 pages), students need to fill out a form provided by their reading teacher to earn a punch on their punch cards. Reading teachers have punch cards. Once their card is full, they will be entered into a drawing and will also earn a Book Party reward. HAPPY READING!

Did you know that your student already has a library card to Laman Library? It is their student ID number and their pin number is the last 4 digits.
