What is the wheel?
Students will rotate through the entire wheel during their time in 6th grade.
Their entire schedule does not change each 9 weeks, just their "wheel class".
Example: If they have Study Skills for 4th period right now, the next 9 week period they may have music during 4th period.

A note about teaming: Our students are teamed with their four core subjects, English, Math, Science, and Social Studies, whenever possible. Teams allow us to create a school within a school environment for our students, making our large campus feel smaller. Reading and electives are cross teamed to allow us to meet the vast needs of our students, as well as to allow more social interactions with other students. All of our core departments work closely together to ensure students receive quality instruction regardless of their team.
