Personal Education Plan

A Personal Learning Plan (PEP) is both a learning process and a planning document for academic, career & technical education, dual credit coursework, workplace learning and activities aligned to career goals.

Advisory is where much of the work is done in developing the PEP and documenting it.

A Portfolio is used to gather collection of artifacts resulting from the experiences of the PEP and the career development program. Essential up-to-date documents such as the PEP, research, resumes, applications, assessments, certifications, transcripts, examples of career readiness skills, work samples or references may be included. Student portfolios are kept in their advisory room.

Student Led Conferences are held twice a year and are a time for students, parents and school staff to collaborate together on student goals and to review resources needed for implementation of plan.
