Our program is designed to meet the advanced learning needs of gifted and talented students. Developing a class schedule to appropriately challenge a student and prepare the student for future educational goals requires careful planning. Angela Lehr, Gifted & Talented coordinator, is available to help students and/or parents create an academic pathway for the high school years.
Gifted and Talented students are also encouraged to take advantage of NKN's dual credit program and work to achieve a certificate or degree from Tillamook Bay Community College (TBCC) while in high school.
Students are encouraged to explore resources available from a variety of resources and institutions to enhance thier learning as well as taking advantage of extracurricular activities.
