Moved warehouses and need to change your pickup address? Started using a new Order Management System (OMS) and need to set up a new CSV mapping? Bought a new printer and need to update your printer's IP address? Simply go to My Account to make these updates.

Open Ninja Dashboard:

In this section, you learn how to:

  1. Change your language in Ninja Dashboard
  2. Set up and change your printer's IP address
  3. Manage your CSV mappings
  4. Edit or delete a Pickup Address
  5. Hide or show your address on your airway bills
  6. Link accounts
  7. Manage your API client secret, client keys and webhooks

1 Change your language in Ninja Dashboard

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the left navigation bar
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Select the language that you would like use Ninja Dashboard in. Our supported languages are:
    • English
    • Chinese (Simplified)
    • Vietnamese
    • Thai
    • Bahasa Indonesia

NOTE: We automatically save any changes make to your language settings. There's no need to click Save.

TIP: By default, we use your browser's language setting as the default language for Ninja Dash where applicable.

2 Set up and change your printer's IP address

  1. Click on SETTINGS on the left navigation bar
  2. Select IT SETTINGS
  3. Under the THERMAL PRINTERS section, click Download Printer App
    • The Ninja Van thermal printer app will automatically download
  4. Install the Ninja Van thermal printer app
  5. Once it's been installed, locate the Ninja Van thermal printer app on your computer and double click on it
  6. Login to the Ninja Van thermal printer app using your Ninja Dashboard credentials
  7. If it's your first time logging into the Ninja Van thermal printer app, you'll be prompted to provide a name for your printer
    • NOTE: Only the following Zebra thermal printers are supported:
      • GK888t
      • GK420t
    • TIP: Give your printer a name that's easy to remember and recognize e.g. Level 1 Printer
  8. Select your thermal printer from the list of connected USB devices
  9. Navigate back to Ninja Dashboard > SETTINGS > IT SETTINGS > THERMAL PRINTERS and select the thermal printer that you've set up and connected via the Ninja Van thermal printer

NOTE: To print your airway bills (AWBs) using your thermal printer, select the 7x5 AWB format when printing your AWBs from the Order Confirmation page or Order History page. Upon selecting it, the AWBs will automatically be printed from the thermal printer that you've selected in your IT Settings.

Install the Ninja Van thermal printer app

Sign into the thermal printer app using your email and password

Give you printer a name

Select the thermal printer connected to the computer

Select the Zebra printer to be used

On Ninja Dashboard, select the thermal printer and it's ready for use

Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and click on '+'

Select your Zebra printer and then click on the Use dropdown to install the printer driver

Search and select 'Zebra ZPL Label Printer' and then click 'OK'

The Zebra printer will appear in your list of printers

3 Manage your CSV mappings

Updated your Order Management System (OMS) and your CSV format has changed? You can edit your CSV mapping in Order Create Settings.

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the left navigation bar
  2. Select Order Create Settings
  3. Select the CSV template to edit
  4. Edit your CSV template
  5. Click Save

4 Edit or delete a pickup address

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the left navigation bar
  2. Select My Addresses
  3. Select the pickup address to modify
  4. Click on the trash icon to delete a pickup address or the edit icon to edit your pickup address
  5. Click Save

NOTE: Editing or deleting your pickup addresses will result in not being able to access information on completed pickups for the address that was changed. For future pickups, editing an address will alter the address of those pickups while deleting an address will delete those pickups.

5 Hide or show your address on your airway bills

Want to hide your address on your airway bills? You can do that in the My Addresses section.

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the left navigation bar
  2. Select My Addresses
  3. Uncheck the option to Show my address on my Airway bills

6 Link accounts

Have multiple accounts with us and want to link them together and enable Single Sign On (SSO)?

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the left navigation bar
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Click on Link Another Account
  4. Enter in the login credentials of the account to be link
  5. Click Link Accounts

7 Manage your API client ID, client keys and webhooks

Need to regenerate your API client ID and key? Or would like to subscribe to a webhook?

To regenerate your API client ID and key:

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the left navigation bar
  2. Select IT Settings
  3. Under API, Click Regenerate Client ID and Key
  4. Copy the copy icons to copy your Client ID and Client Key

To subscribe to a webhook:

  1. Under WEBHOOK, Click on Add a Webhook
  2. Select a webhook Event and Version to to subscribe to
  3. Provide an endpoint for us to call
  4. Click Save
