This page outlines the different roles and persmissions for the corporate NIHR website.

They can:
Create and edit all content types except landing pages
Add scheduling options - publish and unpublish dates
Preview content and send preview links to colleagues for feedback
Check and fix accessibility errors
Send content for review before it can be published
Add notes to content and assign them to fellow Drupal users
Publishers have the same permissions as editors. They can also:
‘Approve and publish’ or send back suggested changes to editors who have submitted their content for approval. They can do this for all content types except: landing pages, funding opportunities, news and blogs
Add media to the DAM and content in Drupal
Publishers who create or update content need to send it to another publisher for review. They cannot approve their own content.
They can:
Create and edit all content types
Publish all content types
Add / change url alias in pages
Create forms
Manage menus and navigation
Manage taxonomy
News publishers can approve or send back news and blog items submitted for approval.
They can:
Create a funding opportunity
Edit a funding opportunity
Create long-form content for funding-related information
Submit their work for approval
Funding opportunity publishers can approve or send back funding opportunities submitted for approval.
Please submit a support request for a "full_editor" to be set up on the corporate website.
With new starters, the line manager will need to submit this request after the new user's Google account has been set up.
