Opportunities

During my research, I discovered numerous opportunities for improving existing processes and implementing new ones without disrupting current workflows. For example, I identified the possibility of adding an extra dustbin to trucks specifically for collecting leather waste. However, a significant challenge is that people are still not fully committed to segregating dry and wet waste, making this solution potentially difficult to implement.

I also considered providing a handbook detailing how to segregate leather and its potential reuse. Yet, this approach did not align with my goal of creating a sustainable solution applicable by any company, warehouse, or manufacturing unit. Despite these challenges, I see many opportunities for developing practical and scalable solutions to enhance leather waste management.
