External Learning Tools
Courses using major 3rd Party/Textbook Integrations will incorporate new Faculty and Student instruction links from the DIID department to ensure a smooth integration experience for all. Support of these resources by DIID staff is limited. However, DIID staff will attempt to support end-users on these items as best we can before referring the end-user to the vendor directly.
Faculty Support Instructions
The following sets of instructions are built in the Brightspace Learning Object Repository and will be kept up to date in perpetuity as you roll old course content forward. Here, you can see the faculty instructions DIID maintains for the following tools. Contact us if you need a copy of these instructions added to a course, or if your external learning tool's instructions require updating.
Contact your product rep/support for any additional support you need with your selected external learning tool.
Student Access Instructions
