We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our remote team. You will develop and execute strategies to boost brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and ensuring brand consistency. with a passion for the real estate and mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop, implement, and manage tailored social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging, relevant content including graphics, videos, and captions aligned with the brand voice and target audience.
Repurpose existing media (e.g., raw phone footage, past content) into fresh, story-driven posts.
Engagement & Community Building
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships within the online community.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, ROI).
Provide weekly insights and recommendations based on data to guide future content decisions.
Collaboration & Coordination
Align content and strategy with broader marketing goals.
Coordinate with other team members or third-party providers (e.g., Bullseye website support) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Flexibility & Support
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
Take on additional tasks when bandwidth allows to make full use of paid hours.
Be open to learning new platforms, especially as a new website backend is launched.
Self-driven with the ability to take the lead on strategy and planning without micromanagement.
Sets weekly content goals and holds both self and client accountable for deliverables.

Understands what makes content stand out in the real estate space.

Manages the 20-hour weekly allocation efficiently and independently.
Asks for additional responsibilities when workload allows.
