We are seeking a highly skilled Go High Level Funnel Specialist to maintain, optimize, and enhance a sophisticated funnel ecosystem built for a government contracting business. This is not a basic VA role—it requires specialized expertise in funnel architecture, design, and advertising strategy.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, conversion-driven, and visually creative—capable of ensuring every funnel is not only functional but also professional, polished, and designed to convert. This role blends technical expertise with marketing strategy, design skills, and team collaboration to maximize performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Optimization & Strategy
Maintain and optimize existing Go High Level funnels for maximum conversions.
Ensure funnel architecture aligns with client journey and marketing strategy.
Design & Branding
Create visually appealing landing pages, graphics, and layouts.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and brand consistency across all funnels.
Advertising Management
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Integrate ad performance with funnel goals to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Troubleshooting
Monitor funnel analytics, spot issues quickly, and implement data-driven fixes.
Track performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates.
Collaboration & Integrations
Work with the concierge team and contribute to training resources.
Provide insights on backend integrations and Google Reviews management when needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven expertise with Go High Level (funnels, pipelines, automations, integrations).
Strong knowledge of conversion optimization principles.
Proficiency in graphic design for professional, high-quality visuals.
Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience with backend system integrations is a plus.
