About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Creative Design & Brand Support) to directly the client's business. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong creative direction skills who can elevate and maintain a premium brand identity across digital, print, experiential, and event touchpoints.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to transform ideas into high-quality designs that communicate professionalism and excellence. You should be comfortable collaborating with marketing, social media, and project teams while ensuring every deliverable aligns with a luxury, high-end aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Rebranding
Lead creative direction for rebranding initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and elevated identity.
Refresh and refine existing brand assets into a sleek, modern, and premium look.
Maintain, enforce, and evolve brand guidelines across all channels.
Design Execution
Deliver high-quality creative for websites, landing pages, funnels, and email campaigns.
Design event branding (logos, stage designs, signage, programs, promotional materials).
Develop digital products (online courses, membership portals, e-books, presentations).
Produce compelling ads, merchandise, and print collateral (flyers, workbooks, packaging, etc.).
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Partner with marketing, social media, and project management teams to align design with campaign goals.
Support launches, product positioning, and sales funnels with a polished, premium creative approach.
Infuse every brand touchpoint with a luxury aesthetic that resonates with the target audience.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development and creative direction.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Prior experience in creative direction, branding, or high-level design roles.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for 20 hours per week, aligned with the Client’s schedule.
