We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and internal team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth client communication, task management, and timely project delivery. You’ll manage everything from tracking client requests, overseeing task completion, scheduling meetings, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
In this role, you’ll thrive if you’re someone who enjoys working with tools like Click-up and Call Rail to streamline operations, and if you’re capable of staying calm and focused under pressure. Your keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be vital in ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Proven experience in client relationship management, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Strong communication skills, particularly in managing email correspondence and ensuring client requests are clearly conveyed to relevant team members.
Ability to track and organize client communications effectively, ensuring that all tasks are aligned with client needs.
Detail-oriented with the ability to link communication to actionable tasks and follow-ups.
Experienced in scheduling meetings and managing task deadlines, ensuring the team remains aligned with client expectations.
Familiarity with task management systems, preferably Click-up.
Familiarity with CallRail for tracking and reporting client calls. is a plus.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, ensuring deadlines and client demands are met without compromising quality.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Serve as the frontliner in email communication, acting as the bridge between clients and the team to ensure smooth information flow.
Assist in managing client communication as needed, ensuring all requests and updates are delivered to the appropriate team members.
Track all client communications and ensure they are linked to specific tasks, ensuring clarity in the delegation of responsibilities.
Manage scheduling for client meetings and track progress on tasks, ensuring all parties remain aligned with the project timeline.
Oversee task management within Click-up, ensuring all team members are updated on priorities and deadlines.
Utilize Call Rail for managing client call tracking and reporting.
Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring all client requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Work effectively under pressure, handling multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality communication and task execution.
