About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide full-time support in managing projects, coordinating teams, creating compelling content, and assisting with events and revenue-driving campaigns.

Project Management & Operations
Track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Manage logistics for events, retreats, conferences, and digital launches.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure timely outputs.
Create and maintain project dashboards, reports, and checklists.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, contracts, and event-related expenses.
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, travel bookings, inbox management, and document preparation.
Social Media & Marketing
Manage the social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create and schedule engaging posts (graphics, captions, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, TikToks).
Repurpose podcasts, presentations, and event footage into digital content.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to nurture online community growth.
Support paid ad campaigns by uploading creatives, monitoring performance, and tracking spend.
Build reports on KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns including newsletters, promos, and automations.
Community Management
Welcome and onboard new members, ensuring a seamless experience.
Drive engagement through prompts, discussions, challenges, and live events.
Moderate conversations to maintain a supportive, value-driven environment.
Manage and optimize community platforms (Skool, Circles, Go High Level) including automations and tech support.
Curate and share resources from training, coaching calls, and events.
Track engagement data, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
Build strong relationships with members and encourage leadership within the community.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with project management tools and community platforms (Skool, Circles, Go High Level preferred).
Ability to create and repurpose content across multiple platforms.
Prior experience supporting events, launches, or online communities.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
