Technology

Access to technology is critical to the success of our onsite and remote learners. We are committed to ensuring students, staff, and families have what they need to engage in learning in all participation settings.

Student Devices

Our technology department is working on updating and sanitizing student devices for the upcoming school year. Students in Grade 2 through Grade 12 are considered 1:1 and will be utilizing a device throughout their school day. We are currently working toward ensuring that all students Preschool through Grade 1 have a 1:1 device early in the school year as well.

Upon request, school devices will be provided to students for remote learning on Mondays and in the event of a partial or full school closure.

If you have connectivity limitations, please contact our Technology Department.

Learning Management Systems

In order to facilitate learning during both on-site and remote learning all teachers will use a Learning Management System (LMS) that is consistent across the grade-level or building. Learning Management Systems are online platforms that allow teachers to provide educational resources to students, promote engagement by facilitating efficient and effective communication between teacher and student and allowing parents or family members to support or monitor student learning. Support will be provided to parents and families regarding the use your student's LMS.
