Applying to Post Secondary School in Alberta?
If you are applying to any post secondary in Alberta, you need to create an APPLY ALBERTA account. When it asks for an Alberta Student Number, you need it to create you one. When it asks for classes you are taking and your mark, guesstimate as best you can. https://www.applyalberta.ca/

Registration 101 Workshops: It's almost that time of year again - time to register in classes! We have developed specialized and relevant resources to support incoming students as they enrol in their courses. These include faculty-led workshops where advisors will walk students through the specific classes required for their program, and new informative online tools such as self-guided modules. Workshop registration and resources, such as our registration tip sheet, are available at uab.ca/reg101.
Admitted Student Day: We are hosting an event exclusively for newly admitted students to the University of Alberta! Attendees will meet current students and their soon-to-be classmates, explore their future campus, speak with representatives from their faculty and get prepared to start their journey in September. Augustana 101: Meet the Professors: Are your students considering studying at our Augustana Campus? We understand who they will be learning from is a big deal! So we are hosting a virtual presentation on March 15 where attendees can hear from our professors themselves about unique opportunities to study across disciplines, get involved in their research and learn outside the classroom. Select Program Applications Extended: Are your students still interested in applying to the U of A even though the deadline has passed for the Fall 2023 intake? Good news - select programs have extended their application deadline! Visit uab.ca/apply to learn more.
Updating Courses & Marks: Current high school applicants who have not yet been admitted to their first-choice program can now update their courses and new final grade 12 marks in their Launchpad account. Once submitted, their application will be reevaluated. The deadline to submit is April 30, 2023. For additional information on the submission process, acceptable types of updates and exceptions, watch our Updating Your Courses and Marks tutorial or visit our Submit Updates webpage.

Study in Calgary to be a Respiratory Therapist in Saskatchewan

Seats are reserved for Saskatchewan students—The Ministry of Advanced Education invites you to help inform Saskatchewan students of the Respiratory Therapy program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in Calgary.
Respiratory therapy is a diverse and specialized profession that assists physicians in diagnosing, treating and managing patients with issues that impact the heart and lungs. They work with patients of all ages in hospitals, long-term care or home care settings.
The Ministry of Health and Saskatchewan Health Authority have identified Respiratory Therapy as an in-demand occupation, meaning graduates have strong career prospects right here at home.
Saskatchewan has an agreement with SAIT to reserve seats for eligible Saskatchewan students in the Respiratory Therapy program. Respiratory Therapy students participate in a comprehensive three-year diploma program consisting of classroom, lab, study, clinical simulation and practicum rotations.
Students complete their clinical training in Saskatchewan and are eligible for various Government of Saskatchewan financial supports including student loans and grants.
