In this lesson we are going to learn how to show numbers in SIX different ways.
You will also be recognizing and reading numbers up to 10 000. You will be reading and writing numbers in standard form, expanded form, and in written form.
Watch the video below that will introduce the six different ways of showing numbers. To help you write numbers using words, I have included a table of number words in the assignment.
Go to Google Classroom and complete the assignment called, Lesson 1: "Whole Numbers to 10 000" in the Classwork section under the Math 1. Whole Numbers Unit.
Turn in the assignment for grading.

In the last lesson you have been learning how to describe and represent numbers to 10 000.
In this lesson you will be learning how to order numbers and how to compare numbers using Base Ten Blocks, a place value chart and a number line.
