Prerequisite: Active Lifestyles 1 or 2, or permission of department chair.
Note: This course can be taken more than once with the Wellness Education Department Chairs' approval.
Content: The students in this class will assess their personal wellness through learning activities that reinforce basic health, related fitness, nutrition, goal setting, and problem-solving.
Activities: Improving personal health through personal wellness journaling, aerobic activities, functional training, and working on individual personal profiles.
