Through generous funding from the Cavanaugh Council and President’s Circle, Notre Dame’s investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Curriculum Initiatives and AI Research responds to urgent, complex challenges presented by this new technology with particular emphasis on its capacity to serve humanity informed by moral vision, critical engagement, and ethical practice.
“As an AI Coach with Notre Dame’s Teaching and Learning, part of my job is pursuing AI fluency in many areas and tools as well as researching AI's impact in education. I also work closely with professors to implement helpful AI tools in their course assignments, as well as develop student expectations. This experience has been super fun and innovative. I'm really excited about doing more hands-on research with physical AI devices and notetakers in the future!”
