Funding from the Cavanaugh Council and President’s Circle helps the University support students through 24/7, 365 day access to mental health resources which complement existing triage models on campus through University Health Services.
Your generosity strengthens Notre Dame’s ongoing commitment to ensure every student receives the care and support they need. Services include TimelyCare’s licensed health providers and personalized health and wellness coaching, as well as free premium access to the Calm app, which encourages students to create healthy habits, improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and more.
For the third year in a row, generous support from the Cavanaugh Council and President’s Circle provides every Notre Dame student with free access to Hallow, the #1 Catholic mobile application for daily prayer and spiritual guidance, founded by Notre Dame graduates.
From Advent preparation and Rosary challenges to building habits of prayer inspired by the saints and informed by the wisdom of the Catholic Church, students continue to explore and engage in beautiful, faithful, and enriching content that leads them deeper into a relationship with Christ.
“We are immensely grateful for the ways in which the Cavanaugh Council and President's Circle invests in students' mental and physical health, which will bear fruit in our students' lives today, and long after they have graduated. Because of your generosity, we have made significant progress in innovatively addressing areas of concern and increasing access to care, and we continue to look for ways to better serve and support students' holistic well-being."
