Miley Cyrus recorded a song called "The Climb". It is an illustrative ballad about life as a challenging yet rewarding journey applicable to my experience at North Carolina State University. I set out with goals when I began college, and although I encountered obstacles, it has been an adventure that has been well worth the climb. As I near the end of my college journey and begin seeing the top of the mountain, I know I took every opportunity for personal and professional growth offered to me. Building a solid network of both peers and mentors has significantly impacted my future career prospects. My curriculum, internship experience at BASF, healthcare job, research opportunities, and extracurricular activities have contributed to my growth. These activities provided the academic knowledge and hands-on experience to refine my interests and prepare me for the working world. Throughout all my experiences, I learned the value of teamwork and what it takes to be a professional. My ability to navigate personal and academic challenges and make the most out of my college experience is a testament to my adaptability. As I continue "the climb," I will embrace new opportunities and learning experiences and consistently put forth my best academic and professional efforts!
