Submit a request at the MySchoolBuilding website.
Include the concern in the subject line: example: laptop won’t turn on
In the body of the email explain the problem as best you can and indicate the troubleshooting steps that you have already taken
Use Snipping Tool, screenshot or screencast to show what you see on the screen and explain the problem
Make sure you cc your site administrator when sending in a ticket or check with your administrator about specific site process
Laptop: Shut down and restart (click the word Shut Down or Restart, not closing the lid or signing out)
Equipment: check all connections; unplug and plug everything back in before restarting your computer
