Health can be thought of as a state of being. I am being healthy by going for a run and making my body stronger, I am being healthy by eating healthy foods so my body can have the energy it needs, I am healthy when I am not sick.
Being healthy is very important, but is just one part. Being healthy and well together is were we want to be!
Wellness can be thought of as a sense of living. I feel well because I know I can complete all the stressful tasks given to me. I am feeling well because I am able to take a break throughout the day and enjoy the moment. I am well because I accept and enjoy my life.
Wellness is a state of being, thus it is all about mental strength. By combining wellness and health together we can live optimally!
Choose healthy foods like fruits and vegetables
Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
