Microsoft Forms, Stream, and Sway are all part of Microsoft 365, these can be accessed via web-based or local apps from any device, anytime anywhere. Students can access these tools by logging in using their College Outlook email address (your student number @cityofglacol.ac.uk) and password.
Forms is an online survey creator, part of Microsoft 365, that allows you to build custom surveys, polls, and quizzes. Easily monitor results as they come in and share outcomes with others.
Stream is a video recording and editing tool, you can also upload and share your videos.
Sway is a cloud-based tool that helps you combine text and media to create websites, interactive reports, personal stories, and presentations.

You can access the Microsoft 365 apps by signing in with your college email address (your student number @cityofglacol.ac.uk) and password.
If you have not already done so, use this link to download the apps to your PC/laptop or Mac, or download the Microsoft 365 mobile apps to your device.
You can install Microsoft apps on up to 5 devices.
