Teams is your video meeting and collaboration tool. You may use this if you have online classes.
OneDrive is the cloud storage service part of Microsoft 365, that lets you create, store and access your files online from anywhere.
OneNote is a Digital Notebook. It can help you easily organise notes by using colour coding, tagging, and much more.
Edge is Microsoft's AI powered browser.
Word is a tool for writing and formatting documents like essays and reports.
Excel is a spreadsheet program for organising data, charts and calculations.
PowerPoint is a presentation tool for creating slideshows with text, images, and animations.
Sway is a storytelling app for creating interactive presentations and reports.
Forms is a tool for creating surveys, quizzes, and polls to collect and analyse responses.
Stream is a video service for uploading, sharing, and watching educational videos.
Immersive Reader is a tool in MS 365 and Canvas that can simplify text by reading it aloud, altering size, line spacing and colours, splitting words into syllables and translating into other languages.
Ally is a tool that makes digital course content more accessible by providing alternative formats.
OneFile is an e-portfolio system used specifically to support your online learning for SVQ awards within a Modern Apprenticeship.
SOLAR is a digital assessment platform from SQA. Your lecturer will advise if and how to use this platform.
Azure Virtual Desktop is a service that lets you access your full Windows college desktop and apps from anywhere.
