Project 10:
Transition Education Network
Project 10: Transition Education Network is a special project funded by the Department of Education and Bureau of Exceptional Student Education to promote effective transition planning practices and provide resources, training, and technical assistance in the area of secondary transition services for youth with disabilities. Project 10 supports key stakeholders, including school districts, parents, families, students, and other relevant transition partners.
