Tuesday
In class = Students will be welcomed to the new school year and introduced to Islamic Studies. They will review the importance of learning about Islam, Qur’an, and good Islamic manners. Students will discuss classroom rules and expectations, including respect, participation, and proper organization of materials.

Wednesday
In class = Students will continue reviewing the Islamic Studies classroom rules and expectations. They will learn about the Six Pillars of Iman, identify each pillar, and discuss its importance in a Muslim’s life. Students will participate in a short discussion and activity to reinforce their understanding.

Friday
In class = Students will continue reviewing the Six Pillars of Iman and discuss their importance in everyday life. They will complete a short activity to reinforce their understanding.

Week 2 (Sep 8- Sep 11)
Tuesday
In class = Students will continue learning about the Six Pillars of Iman. They will review the six pillars in Arabic and English and practice remembering their meanings.
Homework = Students will begin memorizing the Six Pillars of Iman. They will complete and hand in their memorization work next week.
Wednesday
In class =Students will focus on the first pillar of Iman: Belief in Allah ﷻ. They will learn that Allah ﷻ exists and is One, with no partner or equal. Students will also review Surah Al-Ikhlas and discuss how it teaches us about the Oneness of Allah ﷻ.
Homework = Continue memorizing the Six Pillars of Iman.
Friday
In class =Students will review the Six Pillars of Iman and strengthen their understanding of belief in Allah ﷻ. They will participate in discussion and complete class activities, including sentences and missing-word exercises from the lesson.
Homework = Continue memorizing the Six Pillars of Iman.
Week 3 (Sep 14- Sep 18)
Tuesday
In class = Students will continue studying the Six Pillars of Iman. They will review the six pillars and practice saying and identifying them in both Arabic and English.
Wednesday
In class = Students will participate in review activities and questions about the Six Pillars of Iman and belief in Allah ﷻ. They will continue practicing the material learned so far.
Friday
In class = Students will continue working through exercises and activities from the lesson to strengthen their understanding and recall.
