The Professional Learning Team strives to ensure all members of Team IPS have access to an ongoing cadence of learning opportunities throughout the school year! The district's Lunchtime Learning offers Central Service staff the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through monthly learning sessions that are held virtually over the lunch hour.

Each Learning Day is also open to School Leaders and includes topics ranging from wellness and project management to Canva design tips and HR guidelines that support staff workstreams.
