Professional Learning in IPS
At IPS, our Professional Learning team delivers comprehensive, equity-driven development experiences that support educators and leaders at every stage of their journey. We lead district-wide professional learning, School Leader Learning, and Aspiring Leader development, while also facilitating the onboarding of all new staff and supporting Registered Teacher Apprenticeship pathways. Our team curates and manages a robust online learning portal to ensure accessible, on-demand growth opportunities. We offer flexible formats like the Lunchtime Learning Series and provide personalized thought partnership with learning leaders to co-design impactful professional learning. Every offering is rooted in the IPS vision of high-quality instruction, collaboration, and continuous growth—because when our educators thrive, our students do too.
