All staff evaluations are completed using Evaluation Educator Growth/ Standard for Success. Each bargaining group has their own specific rubrics, expectations, and overall evaluation experience. It's important to note that an evaluation is meant to help grow each Team IPS member in their own professional journey as well capture the narrative of how each member is progressing towards success.
The IPS Evaluation Guidebook outlines the performance expectations, components, rating calculations and process to assess staff performance and determine the summative evaluation rating.
Additionally, this guidebook provides guidance, sets expectations and outlines the requirements needed for any evaluator to execute a complete evaluation for staff.
